GitLab Dedicated adds in-tenant AI Gateway for controlled model processing

GitLab Dedicated customers can now deploy the AI Gateway within their single-tenant SaaS environment, maintaining data residency for AI-processed information. The feature allows connection to AWS-hosted models via Amazon Bedrock or customer-provided alternatives while preserving existing encryption and availability guarantees. This integration brings GitLab Duo Agent Platform capabilities like automated code reviews and security analysis under the same operational controls as core GitLab services.
